CGP is accepting nominations for the 2024-2026 term of the Board of Directors through April 6, 2023.

Service on the CGP Board of Directors is a three-year volunteer commitment to engage with fellow leaders from across the country in four meetings annually to help shape the future of CGP and the field of charitable gift planning.

The CGP Board must be representative of diverse backgrounds, varied skills, and professions to create a high-performing and effective Board -- one that represents multiple perspectives to address the evolving needs of CGP’s members and its diverse communities. CGP strongly encourages the nomination of candidates with diversity of profession, geography, experience, gender, sexual orientation, and ethnicity, among other factors.

Please review the Board of Directors Responsibilities and complete the nomination form below. The nomination deadline is April 6, 2023.

*All nominees will be contacted by the CGP office with instructions on how to complete and formalize their nomination. Please be sure your nominee is aware and interested in pursuing the nomination.

CGP Board service was the most meaningful and enjoyable highlight of my career as a philanthropic planner. I will always treasure the opportunity to serve the broader charitable community while developing great personal and professional friendships with fellow board members that will last forever.
